I am a Mama, a Personal Trainer, a Wife, but most importantly – a Daughter of Jesus Christ.
If you’ve found yourself on this page – welcome! I’m glad you’re here!
I wanna invite you to come along on this journey, as I begin my new adventure of Blogging to hopefully generate some cash flow for my family – so maybe someday we can get out of our tiny house in the city and buy a nice piece of land to put down a gorgeous bigger house on – but also to create a community of Mamas just sharing life, getting fit and strong together and talking about Jesus.
My biggest goals for this blog is to just reach out and create a bigger community of like minded Mamas who:
- Enjoy talking and sharing about Jesus
- Enjoy lifting heavy weights, getting strong and being bad butts
- Enjoy motherhood, but also sometimes have struggles in motherhood
- Cause let’s be real – motherhood is HARD! And we need eachother
- Create a place where we can be bruttaly and transparently real with one another to grow meaningful relationships
I was inspired to start this blog by content creator Cassie Scroggins, who has grown a tremendous following and income through blogging. Her content is so nice and light-hearted, so fun and cute. I came across a post of hers talking about her income from blogging and affiliate marketing.
That was months (almost a year ago maybe) that I first saw it and was like “Huh….. I could totally do that.” But put it off because… Who am I? No one would wanna read what I have to say or share. But yet there I was sharing on facebook and Insta trying to grow a following – very badly, might I add – with no gain. And I’ll be honest, I still suck at it, and I still don’t have a huge following. But I still have hope. And I’m hoping that with that hope I can turn it into discipline and keep riding discipline until I reach my goals.
- Build a community
- Generate income
- Make a difference in peoples lives
- Bring more people to Jesus
She was able to do it, and she started exactly where I am – so it HAS to be possible for me too. So here I am FINALLY starting it, and I hope you’ll enjoy the ride with me.

What you can expect from my Blogs are:
- Jesus
- Mental Health
- Mom struggles
- Fitness, Nutrition and Health advice
I’m a Personal Trainer, and I love helping people. I got into Personal Training because I became obsessed with heavy weight training at 18. I was then told, at 24 years old, I should become a Personal Trainer and start training clients – because I would be good at it! It sparked a big idea in my head that I should do, so I did.
I love helping people. But even more, I love helping people discover their strength, confidence, and empowering them with knowledge – because life doesn’t have to suck! You don’t have to be in pain all the time. You don’t have to feel stuck. You don’t have to feel fat, flabby, soft, or whatever the rest of your life.
How I’m different from other Personal Trainers.
Knowledge is power – I’ve said that ever since I started my Personal Training business. I don’t want to get clients just to keep clients. I want to draw in clients, work for as long as they need, and provide them with the knowledge they need to continue their lives, becoming strong, independent, and resilient for the rest of their lives.
You can expect this through my programming. Equipping you with everything you need to let you go and FLY without help. Because you are capable. You are strong. You are resilient. Sometimes you just need some guidance to get you started. And that’s why I started my business.
There are SO many people out there who don’t know where to start, don’t know what to do to reach their goals. That’s the whole purpose of a Personal Trainer! To TRAIN you! But unlike most personal trainers, I won’t keep you held down by NOT equipping you with the knowledge you need to be independent for the change for the rest of your life.
